It seems pretty good on paper, if one can figure out how to deliver sneak attacks reliably... I am assuming that invisibility stealth does not count - that would be too easy as a NB! I am thinking about combining it with Nights Silence for my NB, meaning sneaking is just as fast as walking...

I wonder how viable this would be for a nightblad in both PVE and PVP...

I like how you think but unfortunately, this would be a "burst build" and would not be that useful in pve. Mobs will just reset once you are out of combat with them to induce that sneak attack and mostly will just die on the one shot you have on one target.

Night silence is a great starter set though, and if you build into max speed, there are options.

Go orc, use night silence and darkstride for shenanigans. Their stats work pretty much a basic Stam build and works well enough in a normal dungeon. Nbs have a lot of expedition buff to them, so it's a great way to go nuts in pvp or pve ala Octane (apex legends).
