Has anyone used the Vicecannon of Venom set?

It seems pretty good on paper, if one can figure out how to deliver sneak attacks reliably... I am assuming that invisibility stealth does not count - that would be too easy as a NB! I am thinking about combining it with Nights Silence for my NB, meaning sneaking is just as fast as walking...

I wonder how viable this would be for a nightblad in both PVE and PVP...

Remember, this is not about best in slot or max/min, its exploring fun a potentially build that is usable. I look forward to hearing what folks think

I like how you think but unfortunately, this would be a "burst build" and would not be that useful in pve. Mobs will just reset once you are out of combat with them to induce that sneak attack and mostly will just die on the one shot you have on one target.

Night silence is a great starter set though, and if you build into max speed, there are options.

Go orc, use night silence and darkstride for shenanigans. Their stats work pretty much a basic Stam build and works well enough in a normal dungeon. Nbs have a lot of expedition buff to them, so it's a great way to go nuts in pvp or pve ala Octane (apex legends).

Ah OK thanks, I have never explored sneaking or Thieves guildery in general, so sneaking mechanics are not something I am familiar with. The set just peaked my interest and got my theory crafting juices flowing...

I have a stamsorc running hundings and spriggans (or briarheart for pve), and that works fine. This was just for fun.

So for pvp... if I put sneak on, will it stay on, meaning my crits proc Vicecannon? Cos that sounds like fun in conjunction with my existing NB shenanigans... or is it the case once spotted thats sneak effectively out the window while engaged...
