What is the process for me to get a refund for this game? I have experienced nothing but frustration with this game in the 4 whole days I have been playing it. Bugged quests that cant be finished, Rollbacks taking away my loot, frequent disconnects, items disappearing, and falling thru the world regularly. Finding out that I paid all that money to get some one time on one character item that if lost I will never see again(well thought out). This on top of the fact you are now making me download the entire game again after I just played the early access.
The cherry on top is you wanting me to pay for a subscription before I even get to play the free 30 days that came with the game. The T.O.S. said that I wouldn't be able to play AFTER the 30 days without a sub, now I am being told that I don't get my 30 days till I pay more. I have had more frustration than fun and you want me to spend more money first. No thank you AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT , you are revealing your account name in front of strangers by which one of them could be a hacker and all thewy need to do is figure out your password . THERE ARE NO IP LOCKS WITH CRAFTY HACKERS ..

    Good luck on your refund. I hope you'll spend it on games you actually enjoy.

    That said, you don't need to pay for sub before your free 30 days start. The rest, well, it's subjective who, why and how much bugs experienced, but the financial part is not true.

    I've been told that opening a ticket in their support section will get you your refund, but my ticket's been open for 4 days now with no attention given to it so I'm not actually 100% certain of anything at this point other than the fact that it'll take a while.

    Careful, a forum moderator just logged in for his 5 minute work day a few minutes ago, this thread may or may not get closed before his 23 hour lunch break. (these are rough estimates based off the dev / bug team's work schedule)

    I doubt if you have been in and playing the game they will issue any refund. The refunds I have seen are for people who were never able to get in the game or never got the box on time.

    In select regions they have a 14 days refund policy. Just for info. I don't think US is included.

    Use the link others have provided for your refund request. List out exactly each reason for the refund request. Then, if there is no REAL response in 24 hours, contact your bank to have them refund your money.

    I'm on my sixth day of waiting on this company to reply with anything regarding my request. It's a game for me now, who will contact me first? My bank saying they are leaving the funds in my account that they credited back already -or- ESO/ZOS actually responding to my ticket.

    Regarding their ticketing system, asking me to provide information for verification via email is absolutely ridiculous. They need to fix the system so any "verification" happens when you are signed into your account on the official site, not sending via email.

    Honestly if I was them Id give everyone in the first 30 days who wants it a refund. Once i did that I would add their email address etc to a blacklist so they dont ever come back. Really youd think they would only want people in the game who enjoy it.
