What is the process for me to get a refund for this game? I have experienced nothing but frustration with this game in the 4 whole days I have been playing it. Bugged quests that cant be finished, Rollbacks taking away my loot, frequent disconnects, items disappearing, and falling thru the world regularly. Finding out that I paid all that money to get some one time on one character item that if lost I will never see again(well thought out). This on top of the fact you are now making me download the entire game again after I just played the early access.
The cherry on top is you wanting me to pay for a subscription before I even get to play the free 30 days that came with the game. The T.O.S. said that I wouldn't be able to play AFTER the 30 days without a sub, now I am being told that I don't get my 30 days till I pay more. I have had more frustration than fun and you want me to spend more money first. No thank you AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT , you are revealing your account name in front of strangers by which one of them could be a hacker and all thewy need to do is figure out your password . THERE ARE NO IP LOCKS WITH CRAFTY HACKERS ..
