Resource Hireling STILL bugged

Been this way since launch. The resource hireling is supposed to deliver me resources every 24 hours. Currently it delivers me something every 2-3 days. That and the fact it only usually gives me 3-4 pieces of scrap makes this skill COMPLETELY useless. Is there ANY ETA when this will be fixed?

which resource hireling? and how high is your skill in that resource? please be more specific so other people can confirm the issue.

if you have for example a woodworking hireling and your woodworking skill is low, you'll be sent low mats until you unlock the higher level crafting mats by spending skill points.

my blacksmith hireling was sending me iron, until i spent a skillpoint to use steel - i was then sent steel. when i upgraded to be able to use orichalcium, i started recieving orichalcium. same with cloth/leather and hides/leather

if you dont have the skill to use the materials, they wont send them to you - so if you were hoping to buy a hireling on an alt and get free high level mats every day, without levelling the crafting skill, you'll be sorely dissapointed.

This is for my Clothing hireling. I only have 1 point in it, but had it at the first chance I could grab it on day 1. My clothing is now level 13 or so, but it's still giving me these issues. My cloth is only rank 2, but I only set that up 3 days ago. I haven't had a hireling visit in that long, so who knows what they have for me.

Also, my post had nothing to do with alts or 'high level mats', only that the hireling isn't coming every 24 hours. I usually get them every 48 to 72 hours.

I have a blacksmith hireling and woodworking and I get deliveries once a day.

i dont have any problems so far, i have it at 3 and they send me two mails per day...

all my hirelings are working correctly (provison/clothing/blacksmithing). While the clothing/blacksmithing dont send much they do send resources i can use. So far they always send the highest i can use and i even got one of those upgrade items (i think it war dwarf oil but not sure)

My provision hireling is lvl 3 and sends twice a day and always rare food items like descriped. So far i have gotten 8 pepper from him and only found 2 in game myself, so there the ratio seems to be extremly profitable (pepper is needed for some purple recepies)

Then I've got an issue here. I can see the mails and the times on them, so I know I'm not getting them every 24 hours. I've sent 3 bug reports about this so far.

Of my hireling crafters, one has clothing/woodworking and receives the items regularly, the other one with blacksmithing/enchanting does not.

clothing/woodworking/blacksmithing are alle in the twenties enchanting 12

the things i receive are almost worthless so i do not really mind it, just wanted to let you know that others have the same issue.

Enchanter hireling here -- Once a day delivery for me, here. Generally I don't get too many runes out of it, but I get my resources steadily.

I have 4 hirelings on 2 accounts... 1 blacksmith, 1 enchanter on the first account, (2 separate toons)... 1 wood hireling and 1 enchanter hireling on the 2nd account (also 2 separate toons on that account).

The first account has had no issues with hirelings (bank slots are another story), i.e. it has received hireling emails daily... The 2nd account has received enchanter emails without attachments (once), and had had woody emails not delivered 2 out of 7 days so far. Unfortunately, I don't have a woody skill point into a 2nd account to see if that is by design or not. Perhaps the woodworking hireling is just a slacker? Dunno.

I have submitted 2 bug reports that my provisioning hireling delivers empty containers. No response yet, but it makes the skill pretty pointless.

What he's trying to say is that we are supposed to get mats every 24 hours. I haven't gotten any mats since Thursday. NO mats. That doesn't mean that I'm not satisfied with the quality of mats I've acquired. It means I have not acquired any mats, and therefore and dissatisfied.

I only have the blacksmithing hireling, but I can imagine this bug happening with any of the hirelings.

For me, the hireling doesn't send you mail after 24 hours. He sends you mail 24 hours after the last time you received/opened the previous delivery.

It's been like clockwork since I realized this - if I get/open hireling mail at 9pm, I won't get the next set until 9pm the next day.

What is the deal with people sending multiple reports on the same issue? Its a bit rediculous when I see every other person saying.. I sent 3.. I sent 5.. I sent 7 tickets on this... Seriously, send A ticket, and wait for a fix.

Also, they stated bug reports will likely not get a response.

I only get hireling emails every few days. I do get level appropriate loot except for provisioning. I have gotten 2 emails from my provisioning hireling in the 10 days since I dropped a skill point in the provisioning hireling perk and the first one was a single potato and the second one was a single wheat. Now THAT was a waste of a skill point...

BTW, I have played every day since early access except for 3 days and read my mail regularly. I accept the attachment as soon as I get the email and delete the email immediately so it resets. Still no luck getting provisioning and my others to come regularly 24 hours.

Junkyard took care of my one potato quite readily so really provisioning chests haven't given anything useful yet. Good times.

I'd personally love to line all of mine up.

I have woodworker, enchanter, blacksmith and tailor all on my dragon knight.

I get two in the morning and two in the evening.

I have had at least 3 of my enchanting containers end up with nothing inside...I have mailed support 2x about this with no one getting back to me...WTF is this so called support, answer your mails Zenimax, get back to the subscriber about this...how hard can it be to fix this...the system is there just fix it, worry later about changing it

I'm having this problem too. I put a skill point in for the tailoring assistant over a week ago and have only received three mails.

Same here. It took a week to even get a response, though the response was just that it was being escalated. That was like 3 or 4 days ago and still nothing. I also don't get them regularly.
