kamimark✭✭✭✭It's also in Khenarthi's Roost, in the outdoors bar in Mistral, and I believe also in Vulkhel Guard at the cooking fire near the docks. There's a similar basic guide next to all the starter island crafting stations. As far as I've noticed, the basic jewelry guide is only in Alinor.
