Tho there are a few things that I would have kept, they are of little consequence.

Inner lights glowing eyes, Dunmer flame damage passive, Bosmer stealth passive.

Would actually like to see Bosmer get the catmans CRIT passive and perhaps a race passive that increases ones movement speed while sneaking. Perhaps get rid of the Cat race altogether. lol

Also a buff to Ambush would be nice and able to use it in conjunction viably with Shadowy Disguise.
    I love those skills.

All of those are purely selfish requests.
I can not deny This game is 1000X better than it used to be.

Also keeping the nerfs pvp specific would be grand.

The first shield change revision with Mirkmire. I know, people freaked out like it was the end of days. But, once you got used to the idea of shielding preemptively, instead of reactively, they were so *** strong.

The changes to Hasty Ritual, which took an incredibly strong AoE heal, which took some skill to utilize but couldn't be matched for cost efficiency and maintenance, and was one of the best things Templar had to offer (burst heals for all 5, in a range just slightly smaller than Ritual of Retribution, that a tank could put out 100-200k+ hps without running out of mana) nerfed into a high cost low efficiency burst that is now just an emergency heal only, and that Honor the Dead/Breath of Life outperform for efficiency....I hated the clappy hands changes so much I outright deleted my healer and respecc'd my Templar Shield/Heal tank into a crafter.

Morrowind sustain nerfs specifically and broad nerfs and redesigns more generally. The "just buff everything else" idea I just don't understand at all. Who cares what exactly the little numbers say if the game is better designed and balanced as a result. If something is unfixably broken but also fun then you should probably remove it. You can always design something fun to fit into that design space.

I am wholeheartedly pro-nerf because it solves the problem. Buffing everything else will create something else you have to buff everything up to the level of. At some point the nerf hammer has to come down before the combat system breaks and the content is rendered irrelevant. Buffing is almost always worse IMO unless there is one thing that you can buff to bring better balance. Even then in the long term it is a worrying part of power creep. Power creep IMO is a much greater enemy than nerfs.

One Tamriel. the huge improvement to the game some people hated some some bizzare reason. I wouldn't be playing now if not for OT.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

The first nerf was fine! Further nerfs would be excessive however.

I loved op enchantments week. It was a god mode in solo pve worthy of a single player game. Since then it's been nerf nerf nerf and I'm now trying to finish up with the game before they end any hope of further solo progression with the upcoming stamblade nerfs.

One Tamriel. I know a lot of other people loved it too, so it's not like I thought "everyone" hated it, but it caused so much anger and confusion, and I thought it was great.

I love having the freedom to choose what order I do different zones and quests, and being able to do things like go pick up crafting surveys on my dedicated crafter (who is still only level 32, because he's a crafter) without having to run from everything or hope someone else comes along and kills it.

Also because I normally do all the quests as I'm going through a zone I was always over-levelled for what I was doing so even boss fights were easy and boring. I'd literally pick my first attack based on which animation I wanted to see, knowing I wouldn't get to use more than 2-3 skills in total. And of course the rewards were always so far below my level they were useless for me. Now I actually get to use quest rewards as I'm levelling up, and get some decent fights.

It did make it a bit more difficult to choose which quest to do next, because I'd been used to picking the one with the lowest level requirement, but that was solved by choosing another system. Most zones progress in one direction; east to west or north to south or whatever, so I pick the next closest quest. And I like that if I want to I can follow a particular quest chain through to completion without being locked out because I'm not the right level yet, or making everything else even more pointless by pushing it even further below my level.
