(2 items) Adds 1206 Maximum Health & Gain Major Ward and Major Resolve at all times, increasing your Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by 5280.

Ilambris
(1 item) Adds 1096 Maximum Magicka
(2 items) When you deal Flame or Shock Damage, you have a 10% chance to summon a meteor shower of that damage type that deals 1170 Damage to all enemies within 4 meters every 1 second for 5 seconds. Each effect can occur once every 8 seconds.

BEGINS - 4 APRIL (10am EDT)

TO START
- Pick up the Jubilee Cake Voucher quest starter from the Crown Store (it’s free)
- Find the renowned Chef Donolon:
AD - Vukelguard Docks (Auridon)
DC - Daggerfall Docks (Glenumbra)
EP - Davon's Watch Docks (Stonefalls),
- Get Chef Donolon's quest and gather the ingredients required to bake (they are in containers all around him or you can buy from guild store or town market)
- Acquire the new Jubilee Cake 2019 memento.

TO GET THE DAILY EVENT TICKETS (2)
- Activate the cake memento (Press U/Mementoes/"Use" the cake)
- A big cake will appear
- Eat a slice of the cake
- You’ll receive 2 Event Tickets with the first use of the cake each day.

TO GET the 100% XP BUFF
- Activate the cake memento (Press U/Mementoes/"Use" the cake)
- A big cake will appear
- Eat a slice of the cake
- You’ll receive a 100% XP Buff that stacks with other XP potions or Scrolls

HOW TO ADD THE CAKE TO YOUR QUICKSLOT
- PRESS "i"

- Drag the cake memento across into the quickslot

How to get Crafting dailies? Become a certified crafter.
Talk to Millenith at the Fighters Guild
or Danel Telleno at the Mages Guild in the following locations:

for AD Vulkhel Guard (Auridon)
for DC Daggerfall (Glenumbra)
for EP Davon's Watch (Stonefalls).

Complete all six certifications for each of the professions.
You will get the jack-of-all-trades achievement and will then be able to get daily crafting writs from the quest boards in each major town
You can also certify as a jewelry crafter from the quest giver standing by the tree outside the main crafting area in Alinor

BEST CRAFTING LOCATIONS:
Vivec City & Alinor (Writs can be picked up, crafted and dropped off at one location, app. 60s per character start to finish)

Clockwork City WB - complete the CWC questline far enough to where you become a citizen of the city to unlock the questgiver, Delve: run the delve once
Morrowind - Complete the main questline until you've spoken with Vivec for the first time, then answer the "Adventurers Wanted" poster to unlock the questgiver. Questgivers at Halls of Justice.
Summerset - Questgivers are the Justiciars in the plaza in Alinor
Wrothgar - Questgivers at the inn outside Orsinium and in the Long House at the Morkul Stronghold
Murkmire - Questgiver in Lilmoth
Gold Coast - Quests from the Kvatch bounty board
Hews Bane and the base game zones don't have WB dailies.

* Skyshards achievements can now be unlocked for all alts with a crowns or crown store token (Character Based)
* New Elsweyr item sets for Drauger hulk Magica version, 4 trial, 3 overland, 3 crafted + adjustment to old sets revived
* New furnishings & motifs
* HoF scan in facsimilies spawn will not include Necromancer
* Relook at Jewelry writs value system
* PvP players can enter only 1 alliance per campaign for entirety of campaign (Not applicable to Shor)
* PvP campaign lock will occur in all NEW Cyrodiil Campaigns + 2 New IC Campaigns with clear lock messaging
* PvP locked campaign alts in different alliance cannot join that campaign in 30 campaigns
* PvP Seige will increase by about 30% in CP Campaigns
* PvP tops from large keeps are no longer destructible (update 22)
* PvP players can only obtain Emperor once per campaign
* PvP Artifact can destroy keep wall in 15/20 sec
* PvP Artifact will be available to be picked up for 30 min after holder has been killed
* PvP Emperor cannot pick up the artifact
* PvP Artifact will spawn every 5-6 hours per campaign
* PvP Necro instant 3 player res will be in effect in pvp
* IC Campaign will not have a low level 1-50 version
* IC Campaign will compress most communities so be more busy
* Necromancer stam morphs are mostly poison & disease based
* Necromancer has a synergy that he can use himself
* Necromancer is a completely unique class but still within ES Lore
* Necromancer focused on the manipulation of mortal souls
* Necromancer is integrated into the justice system (guards will attack if witness overt necromancy in towns)
* Necromancy is a criminal act
* Necromancer Animation Cancelling is smooth & fast
* Necromancer Hulking Goliath is a 20s ultimate
* Necromancer skill lines have been clearly seperated into Stam/Magica and DD/Heal&Tank as well as PvE/PvP roles
* Necromancer Pet has to live for about 50% of its life to generate a Necromancer corpse
* Necromancer have abilities that generate & consume corpses
* Necromancer will be as good as other healers but in a different way IE BG & Trials IE Mass Res instant res for 3 players simultaneously
* Corpses cause necromancer to become ability infused
* Rimmen is the capital of Elsweyr with guild traders
* Stitches is a vertical biome, Temple of Two-Moons is very spiritual and old culture Khajiit centred,
* New Wrathstone Merchandise available online Wrathstone pilsner Glasses etc.
* Guildfinder allows you to search for (and apply to) guilds by name, alliance, playstyle & type of activity
* Guildfinder allows guilds to permanently block unwanted players(Yahoos)by account
* Guildfinder allows guilds to tag their guild with various info
* Guildfinder adjusts time to your computer clock time
* Elsweyr Digital upgrade Pre-purchace is as low as $39 and includes 1 free character slot.
* Elsweyr releases on 4 June for all platforms (PC early access on 20 May)
* Elsweyr (full digital version) includes Morrowind, the Warden & Summerset
* Elsweyr will have Dragons flying around it showed on map and in air (these are new mobile overland world bosses)
* Sunspire Dragons trial has it’s own unique hard mode and mechanics.
