[Request] German/French named items converted to English in chat

So I was wondering if it is a possible to write a chat addon, which convert named items from german and french into the english name of the item.
Example:
A person on a german client link the item [Schneebeere]. With the addon installed it would show up in my chat as the english version [Snowberry].
I know if you click on the item, it will show the tooltip in your client language. But with an addon like this, it would save you from clicking on alot of items.

Eccentric✭✭✭I believe Zenimax is busy fixing various of bugs and finishing up more content. Would love an addon as a temporary solution.0
