Enchantments not showing up after being applied to items.

I am unable to see enchantments after they are applied, stats never change and it doesn't show enchantment effects.How do I know if it worked or not or what I have already enchanted? Any one else have this problem or some insight for this situation?

Lupinemw✭✭✭You should see under the weapon it will say something like Max Stamina +20 or words to that effect depending on what you Glyph you have put on.
But if its not working in game you are better off /bug reporting it than listing it on the forum.
I can't say I've seen it happen myself.
