So, the last time I played ESO was in the beta in 2013. I wanted to get back into the game, but I'd forgotten my password and the answer to my question. I still have the email associated with my old account though. I submitted a ticket (#:190329-007971), but I still haven't heard back. Is there anything I can do to get access to my old account?
