    Hi,

    Below I post my experience, for those customers with paypal:

    1) My problem is that when you set up a Subscription Plan, paypal web page asking permission to charge immediately. This was the reason that I did not understand why i have to pay a monthly fee in advance.

    2) To continue the verfication, authorizing payment, but the payment of the monthly fee is canceled by Zenimax, which actually is not charged any amount. Cancellation is immediate.

    I Hope this helps the players to use paypal as payment.

    Note: The charge does not reach your bank account, you will not charge anything. All operation remains in paypal.

    Please ensure that you have attempted to enter payment information and had the transaction fail due to lack of funds before submitting a help request. We will get you into the game and playing as soon as possible.

    We also kindly ask you to refrain from using such misleading titles, as they are conductive to create heated arguments, and likely to provoke a strong negative or emotional reaction.
