Yes. I'm on satellite also. We call it "broadband" here and we disconnected the old copper wire, just to be sure it didnt have any competition to measure it by.
NBNCo our only broadband monopoly provider is rolling out high speed tin-can and string next!
Google says there are submerged cable connections in Australia too, is there no provider that uses them for Internet? Satellite ISP will always be inferior to cable in terms of lag.
Or are you simply not living in a major hub with a fiber connection?0 -

TumlinTheJolly✭✭✭✭It's been 100 higher than usual for months now... well over 6 months. We have been forced to tunnel since this happened. Kinda ridiculous that a whole region is forced to tunnel, in order to be able to play. Impossible to get friends into the game while it remains like this.1 -

yes, i know the lagg is bad, yes i know the ping is worse then it has been since launch but they are working on it, we see changes and proofs they work on it all the time.
making insulting threads against the developers isn't the answer.

If they were working on it, they would reply to the constant threads popping up on the forums.
If they were working on it, they wouldn't give the Oceanic region what was essentially a slap in the face, by answering a question that wasn't asked.
If they were working on it, there would some sliver of a shred of improvement.
