I also cannot log-in anymore, "unknown error" after hitting play from chracater selection screen

What do I do ? maybe cancel the 3months subscription ?

Anybody know if they at least acknowledge this problem? Sometimes I can't be on for more than 15 seconds without getting kicked. This is very annoying and is my only concern with the game so far. It's aggravating enough for me to unsub if the problem consists til the end of my subscription. Sometimes I can't get loot after successfully killing a boss at the end of a dungeon because I have to /stuck and go all the way back to the end of the dungeon to get it from the start. I can work around the quest bugs because I am still progressing but this is the only thing keeping me from doing that. Please fix or at least respond to the problem!

Same here, I get in, play for a few minutes, then kicked with unknown error, will try the DNS flush and a few other things, but have not had any luck with anything yet.
