Help looking for a fireball...

So I just discovered how to add images to my guild notes (I know I’m so far behind), and honestly I keep getting lost using the ESOUI wiki site... anyway I’m wondering if there is a fireball image and if so what the correct thing is to apply it to my guild note?

There isn't much available for that because a fireball isn't really an object in game... but I did find this, which might suit your needs.
Open your guild note and paste this text:
|t110:110:esoui/art\icons\death_recap_fire_ranged.dds|t
