I want to buy morrowind but summerset is on sale so if i get summerset does it come with morrowind?

✭✭✭✭✭Morrowind is now a DLC ... so it's sold separately from Summerset.
However, you can get both through the Elder Scrolls Online Collection, the Elsweyr Digital Collector's Edition, or the Elsweyr Digital Standard Edition.
All three of those also include the base game ... so it might be more than what you need at a higher price.0
