Crashing to Log-in Screen

For about a month now i have been living with and intermittent crash out of game issue this happens when,
a. attempting to enter a house i know
b. logging out of game to change characters.
What happens is I get the error "can not connect to game server" error message which drops me to log in screen.
As i am a multi-crafter i see this happen several times a day, which i assure you raises my frustration level a lot.
things i have done to troubleshoot
updated video driver
run repair
disabled all addons
I suspect for what ever reason what is happening, is i'm getting a response required time out, that causes me to be logged out. as this only affects me with ESO .. its not my pc

Patch did not fix the issue still happens several times a day for me

I have the same issue. When I load into the outlaw areas or when I get to the character load screen, my screen freezes and the game crashes. It also does it sometimes at the character select screen. I think it's hardware specific because I play ESO on another computer and it does not have the same issue at all.
