And I started this thread as an approach to how u guys (community) do trails or find groups that do trails( with patience and non toxic)

This, people ask for people for trials all the time in craglorn.Like I said you can join a guild that does them(will be easier with the guild finder tool coming with Elsweyr in June) or Craglorn zone chat does pug trials all the time.

Start with normal trials, especially if you're PUGging. The requirements are much lighter and you'll be able to learn the mechanics without a lot of pressure to not mess up.

What platform are you on, and what timezone are you in?

Well, do you know the mechanics? Its one thing to learn them while playing on normal, but on vet there an expectation of competence. Not trying to insult you, as I don't know you. But other than being a total clown, not knowing mechanics on vet is a sure-fire way to be shown the door. And I wouldn't put getting kicked for not knowing mechanics in the "toxic" category.
I am in 4 PVE trials guilds. All are pretty mellow, with one requiring attainable DPS tests to run vets. All span 3 time zones. Just hit up the guild finder on this site and find one that meets your needs. Or hang out in Craglorn where they recruit over area chat. I mean, if they are playing while you are, seems like a good fit.

Darn, if you happened to be on PS4, I could hook you up with a guild.
Have you checked out the guild recruitment sub-forum on this site?
I assumed you asked for normals who is easy outside of hof or the +2/3 ones.Dragneel1207 wrote: »I tried one time with PUGs and they kicked me in the last boss telling to learn the trail. not explaning to newbie (let him die so we can get a laugh) can be toxic.
I once did nHOF during morrowind event (many ppl were pugging it on normal) and we come to last boss and ppl who know the mechanic try once and when they die (wipe)blame the group for not following mechanics (even though they did not explain mechanics) and leave.
I had to take the charge to fill in slots and explain the mechanics even though i was new to HOF and we did it finally.
and this is toxic.
