I follow them in the woods. No I’m joking you can join a guild that does them or craglorn zone chat to join a pug.

Like I said you can join a guild that does them(will be easier with the guild finder tool coming with Elsweyr in June) or Craglorn zone chat does pug trials all the time.

Usually with a few good IPAs on hand, a mic, and with one of the guilds I'm in. Plenty of PUGs out there to fill in gaps, too.

You basically go to craglorn and type your role and which trial you're looking for in zone chat like dps lfg nHRC
Almost all trials are pluggable on normal but only craglorn ones in vet the rest dlc ones I haven't seen them cleared by pugs

Craglorn trials are : Hel Ra Citadel (HRC)
    Atherian Archive (AA)
    Sanctum Ophidia (SO)
    Clockwork city : Asylum Sanctum(AS)
Thieves guild : maw of lorkhaj(mol)
    Summerset : cloudrest (Cr)
I'm member of trial guild they usually do around 10-12 pm pst on PC / NA

I tried one time with PUGs and they kicked me in the last boss telling to learn the trail. (craglorn vHRC)I tried some guilds but most of them need strict requirements (i can manage this)and their timezone is not convenient for me.
And I started this thread as an approach to how u guys (community) do trails or find groups that do trails( with patience and non toxic)

One in two ways. Join a guild with training runs you can attend. Or start a new team with people you know and start from scratch.

    Good luck =)

Start with normal trials, especially if you're PUGging. The requirements are much lighter and you'll be able to learn the mechanics without a lot of pressure to not mess up.

This, people ask for people for trials all the time in craglorn.
Loads of guilds run them to.
Normal trials are pretty easy if you are comfortable in standard vet dungeons and above cp160.
The craglorn one and cloudrest is easiest.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Unfirtunately tanking vet trials requires practice and its best you do with guildies when starting apart from that combo do hits hard but you gotta know when it's comming and spam shield and block before it hits you.

Well, do you know the mechanics? Its one thing to learn them while playing on normal, but on vet there an expectation of competence. Not trying to insult you, as I don't know you. But other than being a total clown, not knowing mechanics on vet is a sure-fire way to be shown the door. And I wouldn't put getting kicked for not knowing mechanics in the "toxic" category.

I am in 4 PVE trials guilds. All are pretty mellow, with one requiring attainable DPS tests to run vets. All span 3 time zones. Just hit up the guild finder on this site and find one that meets your needs. Or hang out in Craglorn where they recruit over area chat. I mean, if they are playing while you are, seems like a good fit.

I did some normal trials those were a mess with PUGs and a nightmare for tanks and healers. Ppl just run around killing stuff and i did not come across the mechanic then

not explaning to newbie (let him die so we can get a laugh) can be toxic.
I once did nHOF during morrowind event (many ppl were pugging it on normal) and we come to last boss and ppl who know the mechanic try once and when they die (wipe)blame the group for not following mechanics (even though they did not explain mechanics) and leave.
I had to take the charge to fill in slots and explain the mechanics even though i was new to HOF and we did it finally.
    and this is toxic.

The best place to go is Craglorn guilds are always looking for fillers and have discord up. Don't have to join the guild just fill in. I always see people looking for fillers in craglorn. If you are learning you will always want to find people doing Normal runs. Most people doing vet have strict requirements and will not want you if you haven't done it before in at least normal and know the ropes of the trial.

I assumed you asked for normals who is easy outside of hof or the +2/3 ones.
vHRC i found the top boss the breaking point, last boss is easier, assuming you queued as DD who you should at first run.
And don't think pug would kick you as DD for dying, it can happens even without your own fault.
Once you leaned how to survive you can run as healer.
Tanking vet trials is unforgiving, you should have experience tanking it on normal and doing it as dd in vet.

And you don't want an trial guild you want an large social one who also do trials.
This is the types of guild who run vet craglorn trials and try to do vMoL.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

I agree. Its a fine line. I've taken the position that if you don't know the mechanics, or are not confident in your ability to avoid them, just say so at the beginning. More times than not there will be 1-3 other people who are in the same boat. Doing so lets the group know you are willing to learn and they need to be patient. It buys you some goodwill. On the flip side, you will know if you are in a group of toxicity before investing 40 minutes of time into a trial.

Few things are more frustrating than getting to a final trial boss and people wiping the group because they are lone-wolfing or ignoring mechanics. You mentioned nHOF. nHOF is not easy. nMOL is not easy. I would definitely encourage people to speak up on those more than any other.
