Character bond rewards are horrible, What the heck does my main character that I have had since games release and has a astronomical amount of CP, need a character bound XP scroll reward???

I think it would actually incentivize more people to run the dungeons if they could sell the gear, like they used to before One Tamriel.
But, I'm a trade guild GM, so I would think that.

It’s not just you. Currently, I run dungeons only when I want to for its own sake - for fun. I almost never run dungeons for gear because it is too hard to do so and I refuse to grind in any game. I would run dungeons a lot more if I actually felt like I had a chance of completing sets for my characters. I could help provide gear for others who want it and others could finally do the same for me as well. I don’t really care about the profit part, I just want folks to be able to access and use sets for their characters that are too hard to get otherwise.

I've said this before and I'll keep shouting it til I'm blue in the face, however... drop rates desperately need to be adjusted. I've run CoA many, many times and have seen the BSW inferno staff drop exactly TWICE. That's absurd and is also either disincentivizing players from grinding it AND can cause burnout once the item is acquired.

If dungeon gear was BoE, I think you'd see the opposite. In fact, I've talked to people who only got into running certain dungeons because of the sets they needed.
