I have gotten a hold of customer support once since the game come out about not being able to activate my 30 day free trial. I have gotten a hold of them once which they then asked for account details which I provided and have not received a response at all. this is really frustrating seen as I am unable to play the game until I can get a conversion going with them. any suggestion. do not respond to the phoning up I have tried that since the game come out as well even waited 8 hours for a phone call but not one.
