This is assuming you've completed each faction's questline.
Jorunn: by Trollhetta Wayshrine in the Rift.
Emeric: at the end of the Hall of Heroes by Onsi's Breath Wayshrine in Bangkorai. (Note: trying to pie him in the castle at Stormhaven doesn't seem to work)
Ayrenn: in the middle of Dune by the Dune Wayshrine in Reaper's March.
Enjoy.

✭✭I'm assuming that you can pie them in the same places that you can mudball them. So, for me, I'm going to try those places first, which are:
Jorunn: temporary quarters in Windhelm
Emeric: castle in Stormhaven
Ayrenn: castle in Skywatch
Note that I've done all of the alliance questlines. It's just that they can be found in more than one place. Except, I did have to find her near the entrance to whatever Ayleid ruin in Auridon if you're on that quest.
If they don't work, then I'll try your locations.

DLM✭✭✭✭✭Provided you have completed the alliance quest lines (which I haven't). There's also the main quest where all 3 leaders are gathered on some island but you can't go back once you are done.0 -

There are some notes in this thread about the fact that other people pieing (new verb) at the same time may cancel your animation and therefore stop you getting credit.

✭Even if you have completed the quest lines, each of them have several places they can be. When I left the game I did Emeric in Wayrest Castle, Jorunn in the Rift just outside the Trolhetta summit wayshrine in the far souteast of the map and The Queen in her residence in Valenwood (Greenshade).Proud member of the Psijic Order - The first wave - The 0.016%0 -

It depends on which quests you have done in the Rift's main questline. If you haven't completed the quest at Honrich tower then Jorunn will be in a tent near the Honrich Tower wayshrine. If you have done Honrich Tower quest, but not completed Trolhetta then he'll be outside the entrance to Trolhetta. If you have completed Trolhetta he will be next to the Trolhetta Summit Wayshrine.PC EU0 -

Original post said Trolhetta wayshrine, not Trolhetta Summit wayshrine, that was confusing, I saw many people trying to find him at the camp where you start local quest (it's outside, near Trolhetta ws) and asking in chat about his location there.Edited by Dacalana on March 22, 2019 2:47PM0 -

He did the pied animation, but the pie texture didn't appear, and I didn't get credit or a bounty. Trolhetta Summit worked.0 -

✭✭✭✭The monarchs are available to take on quests, and you can pie them during the quest. As much as you like. Just think, "What would Sheogorath do in this situation?"
