Not the jester but anniversary.
I remember reading an article and it said it would go 5 weeks and only the first week writs were counted for rewards but the following weeks would be different objectives.
Anyone have a link to that info? I can’t find it. Thank you.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if it starts as early as the 4th of April.1 -

All three previous anniversaries. The game was open to players on March 30th, 2014, but the official launch was April 4th. So, that's when the Anniversaries start.
