✭Seems your own poison injection and crafted double dot poisons also break cloak on every tick. They do not break cloak on target dummy but on normal overland mobs. Acid spray even breaks cloak on target dummies.
Update:

✭seems it is broken again and poison inject and acid spray breaks your cloak (did no indeep testing but works on guards in cyro)
