No Access Code Received, Can't Buy Summerset

I can log into the game without issue.

I am trying to purchase Summerset. When i go to the ESO website (https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/home), account login as normal i am getting a "You've logged into Elderscrollsonline.com from a new device or browser." message (even though i have never logged on from any other IP/Computer, but whatever).

I never receive an access code. I've tried multiple times over the last 3 days and never get a code. I've tried all the common help stuff, its not in the wrong folder, cleared history and cache and all that. Obviously cant change email to a different type unless i can log in.

I have put in for help via the website section that doesnt require login (https://help.bethesda.net/app/account_recovery/p_id/eso), because for some reason i need to log in to my account to get other help with logging into my account. That was 3 days ago as well and no reply yet.

The email it should be sent to has received emails from the site before. This forum login/email i had to make just to be able to post this.

So basic question, is there any other way to verfy my computer system without this email code, phone, text? Otherwise is there anyway someone in support can read this and either push my help ticket along?

Not to give much info on a forum, but my game username would be under... @everseeing
