I have to say that the problem is still here for me even you declared that it should be resolved (in status server forum) :-( The game falls every few seconds (max. mins) with "unknown error" and after this fall iam not able to join the game for a while (usually cca 30 min) .. as yesterday did. Two days and Im still not able to play this game :-(

    I used to get it in seconds/minutes in beta. I'm down to having it only every few minutes when its bad, and sometimes being able to go for hours without disconnecting. This is definitely ruining the game, and it's starting to really annoy me that this doesn't seem to be any kind of priority.

    Well I am glad to hear in some ways that this problem still exists. I can't get into the game at all and its been this way since I bought it. When support do email me they are saying that its all fixed.

    The customer support has been shocking, most of the time they ignore me, then when I complain enough I get a response saying its been worked on, I finally got told it was fixed(which it was not) and to contact them again if I need more help. When they reply again they apologise for taking so long to reply and saying its been fixed again (which it was not) etc etc rinse and repeat. My last email to them was 7 hours ago and still nothing back.

    Their idea of customer support is to apologise once every 12 hours and go back to ignoring you.

    sigh, I think ill make me a sword and shield and go fight next doors cat.
