Whole group kicked out of finished trial, items gone

So my group just finished nAS, looted and were about to hand in quests when we're all kicked out into game lobby. Upon logging back in all trial loot is gone, and trial is reset.
What gives?

✭✭Wow sounds like bad luck if everyone in the group disconnected cause even if one person was able to stay on and inside the trial it would have kept the instanceXbox One - NA GT: RebornV3x
I also play on PC from time to time but I just wanna be left alone on there so sorry.0 -
Zaketh✭✭✭What platform? My wife and I are on NA PS4, and she and other players were all DC'd while killing B'korgen on Summerset, the other day. Not grouped, but all booted to load screen, and the slug was reset as well. Had him down to ~2 % as wellNA PS40 -
LioraValkyrie✭✭✭✭PC/EU same thing happened to my vMoL group today at roughly the same time, 13:30 GMT. Mid-fight, everyone was kicked to character select and the trial reset. It sounds like the server responsible for trial instances died and unfortunately the loot data hadn't been saved to the main server yet or it triggered some sort of rollback.
Which most likely means ZOS won't be able to help you recover any lost loot, since the data was likely lost.0 -
