Can't you maybe accept that just like irl, there are hippy parents, illiterate that attempt to spell ( I had a student named *** that the parents thought spelled Vagena) dorky parents who name kids of some sci fi or fantasy novel, radicals that name their toon after revolutionariesor reactionaries like then far right people naming their kids after some german or italian facist, crack heads coming down and naming they're new born crack babies. In short, there are outliers, cultural diffusion, and societies are not fixed.
I do the same when available. I was always on a RP server in EQ, EQ2, and vanilla WoW. That said, the only game and server that was really strict about it was FV (Firiona Vie) in EQ where you would be guaranteed to get a personal /tell from someone suggesting you re-roll your character with an appropriate name, and be reported if you didn't change it.Nemesis7884 wrote: »This might be a bit of a personal issue...I am somoene who always chooses an RP server if only so i dont have to deal with all the "Noobhunter5000XXX" of this world.
