Hey Zos,
So, I've just had 3 battlegrounds in a row fail to start! This means nearly 30 minutes wasted each time between queueing, waiting to see if it's actually bugged, and the 19 minute deserter penalty. I mostly pvp and decorate, so this is a serious issue to me.
I ask that you either fix the BG fail-to-start bug or drop the deserter penalty until you get it straightened out.
I generally do not pay for services that are broken. So, in that spirit, I will skip my crown purchase for the month each time I experience this particularly enraging bug. You can look at my account to see what this means. On a brighter note, at least I will have less husband agro about my excessive crown coin purchases. :-)

Alexsae✭✭✭Yes, the bug has been around, but the severity has escalated. Drastically. Last night, between 5:00pm pst and 8:30pm pst, I had 6 viable bgs and 5 bugged bgs. This was between my 3 bg characters.
My point remains. Since the bug is increasing in severity, they must drop the deserter penalty until it is fixed.0 -
Alexsae✭✭✭To be honest, I doubt much will happen. None of us can control ZoS; we only have control over our own reactions to the recent bug fest.
