Lost my game registration code.

English is not my first language so sorry in advance for any error.
I bought the game from Steam several months ago and have played it normally ever since. Everything was fine until I found out I got a crate from twitch drop, but when I used the code it told me to enter game registration code first.
The problem is I deleted the mail from steam which may have my registration code and none of the solutions I've found on Google helps. I can't find cd key anywhere in Steam client.
Is there any way for me to fix this problem?

If you got a twitch drop it should appear in game

But I didn't get any crate, that's ưhy I thought I need to use the code in the mail.
Apart from that, I just want to complete every steps to make sure my account is safe.

I tried this before, I bought the game from Steam just last year.

For a newer Steam account you won't have a game registration code. There may be an issue with how your ESO and Twitch accounts are linked. You can contact customer support for help looking into this.
