help i cant buy Elsweyr

hi I haven't played for quite a while but have gotten back into the game , I want to purchase Elswyer but now have a new email account the game wont recognise to send me a log in code.
I filled out a ticket at the help place , but couldn't access half the infro , what can I do help please.

In the meantime, email the support people with your ticket number and the detail of the problem.
MY advice is don't purchase the Chapter Upgrade until they resolve your current problem of logging into your existing game.
Once that is done, the Chapter Upgrade will find your existing game and update it.
At least that's how I remember it when I had a similar problem.
Be polite. Otherwise they'll use their Power and Influence and reassign your ticket as 'resolved'.1 -

As said, you can't access it or "Buy it" now.
It won't be released till June, so it is a "Pre-Order" basis atm...

Elswyer , yay I saved for over a month for it, as I'm not rich.
However I don't do much else free time wise, ok watch out for me on my blue steed2
