I dont have access to my free month. I dont have access to support. This forum eliminates all chances to commincate that.

    Relatively for ESO's custserv? Nope, it's nothing.
    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    Dude your post was deleted because it wad riddled wirh swears and verbal attacks. Go outside and blow off so.e steam. Mmo are obviously not your cup of tea.

    Don't blame them for your mistake even though if you just read the top post and asked nicley they would have given you access. Personally I kind of hope they dont for you as that just means I have to be exposed to you longer and if you cant act nice and I do not want thats.

    I suggest you say your sorry and flew off the handle, it happens. Then ask nicley for help as detailed description in the sticky post.

    Call them. Why don't people call? Those who have called, rarely still have an issue to complain about aside from being on hold for a while first.

    @kukothedarkmaul‌,
    If you want us to feel sympathy for you,
    you need to show us that you're a good player who deserves to get back in.

    I'm sure you're really frustrated that you don't have access to the game, but even if you have a good point that's really legitimate,
    you're going to need community support to get anything done.

    So, in regards to being constructive,
    what do you believe Zenimax can do,
    constructively,
    to improve the quality of their service?

    Why not make a numbered list?
