Damaged Imperial Edition

For whatever it might be worth, with a night’s rest and a renewed strength, I was able to get the tail into place. I wrapped the statue in a towel to prevent me from breaking something off the figure and to prevent it from poking holes in my hands. I then squeezed it significantly harder than I should have and the tail eventually popped into place.

So, I managed to snag a replacement copy of the Imperial Edition from Amazon. Guess what? This one was even worse than the first copy I received. The box was more damaged, the book was absolutely destroyed, the statue's mace was broken, and the cards that hold the codes weren't even in the box.

What the *** is going on?!

Just contact Amazon and initiate a return. The process is automated and should go fairly quickly. Also if you are unhappy with the seller you bought it from (you can see that in your order details) then leave feedback about the seller on the Amazon site.

Negative feedback counts against their rating as a seller.

I will be returning the more damaged one and keeping the less damaged one this was meant to replace. And it was direct from Amazon, not a third-party seller. I know how to work returns and such.

I just don't understand how poor quality control was for the Imperial Edition. It is disgusting. Especially since I AM STILL WAITING FOR ZOS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND TO ME.
