Grinding just make you go in circles.

So you will have to transmute as said before in Clockwork City or a guildie house who has the table so try asking first in your guilds3 -

I said guild as most large trading guilds tend to have this as an service.
And you are correct that transmuting bind items so you can not ask some to do it for you.

You'd have to ask a mod to delete the thread, usually by reporting your own post and asking them or by changing the title to "Delete Please" or something like that.0
