The change is greater than 2% I don't care what the tool tip says, I move less than half the speed I use to. like I said I was stealthing faster than sprint and now I'm moving about as fast as a wet turd down a hot slide. Legitimately possible they had a bugged movement in stealth passive. But, there's a part of this that really doesn't pass a basic scratch and sniff test. Something's off.1
