Steam name displayed in the ESO account page

Hi, whenever i change my name in steam it doesn't get changed in the ESO account page I have contacted steam support but the couldn't help me and they have said I should contact the support team from the ESO but I have tried to find a way but there is no possible way to contact them except the forum can anyone help me please with this issue, I really find it very confusing to have 2 different names for the same account at the same time.

You’ll have to start an Online Support ticket, @Emtwone, to get help from ZOS.

Thanks for all of this but I haven't found any category to submit my issue ..

When creating a ticket if you can't find the exact category, choose the next closest category until you have the option to start the ticket. Make sure to explain your issue fully within the ticket description.
