Computer not Recognized Anymore

Took an hour break, came back and tried logging in. It tells me my computer is not recognized and they sent an email with a code I need to enter. Been refreshing my email (and junk) for the past 20 minutes and no email. I guess I'm locked out for the rest of the night...

    This is an issue it seems some are having, including myself. No resolve, and the only reply I have gotten from them is what they have on the main page which does not work

    Also getting this problem. No email is being sent out and playing on the same computer since the start.
    Edit: ok took about 30mins but got the email
