When I replied (once) I got this:

Status: Ticket Closed As Duplicate

So it's spam or something else or what I have to do?

I got this email today too! I was checking my email for the access code to get into my account to resub to ESO+ and was happy when I saw that email. But for the life of me have no idea what the heck it was even sent for since it doesn't work.

The emails you've received are legitimate promotions from ESO.

@Attronach - You should start a new ticket in order to follow-up on the promotion email.

How?
I can't log-in to support page. Entering correct login info page doesn't continue anywhere.
Is there EU version of support page or this one 'help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US' with 'US' at the end is correct?

So I have to reply again to recieved email?

Edit: my second email reply cleaned almost everything with simple question what to do is returned again with comment Status: Ticket Closed As Duplicate.
So thank you for offer which I can't use. Very nice 'support'.
