I've been trying to get my account updated for a few days now since I decided to try the game again. I've put in 3 tickets to get my security question reset, and I think i'm doing something wrong.
The first ticket, I mis spelled the email, only realizing so after I submitted it. It did not show up on the My Support page either.
The second I submitted DID show up on the My Support page, but it was closed for being a duplicate after 2 days of waiting.
I put in a 3rd ticket about an hour ago. It did not show up on My Support, but I saved the ticket ID this time.
I also didn't received any email updates, if i'm supposed to.
Current ticket ID is 190303-001215. Though as I said. It didn't show up on My Support, so replying to it is useless.
As a final note, I believe my question did get changed with the first ticket, but since I have no way of seeing that ticket, I don't know what the new answer is.
Edit: Each ticket was made the same way, by going to ESO Account Recover at
https://help.bethesda.net/app/account_recovery/p_id/eso then choosing I can't log in.
