I willingly nerf myself because I find it more fun to have a "as is" build than to have a build that say, assuming I get attacked enough, or get lucky on a crit, will buff my damage well beyond what id otherwise get. Im looking at you 7th legion, you no skill, broken in pvp, ***.
I dont have a problem with them tbh, I classify players by the amount of damage/sustain/burst they have and need to know little beyond that. Proc sets just add to the damage and knowing when a set procs doesnt make much difference unless its say, icy conjurer.

Why is icy conjur different? I haven't had the chance to test it.

Have you ever honestly looked at how much a sets like 7th legion adds to your tooltips and then accounted for battle spirit and then realized that’s before resistances? Yes you can stack sets like 7th and Fury to potentially get a lot of wpn damage if they add up, but then your stat pools look like *** as does your sustain. Maybe Warden can get away with that or if you’re playing in a ball group and don’t need to worry about heals and sustain as much, but then is 7th really the problem or are Wardens and group healing/sustain overturned?
