Can't patch game.
Hostname not found in whitelist (151.205.4.65)
Can't login to the help site to open a ticket. It won't take the code they send by email.
When I open a ticket to get that fixed without logging in, they just give me basic login information. And I can't reply to the ticket because they say I'm not replying from the same email address even though I am.
Everything is broken at every point. Do they not even know?
