Never Ending Loading Screen On START UP! And I'm Not Even In Game Yet.

So I thought I would post this because all of the loading screen issues I'm seeing people talk about in the forums have to do with in game issues, between wayshrines, dungeons, etc. My issue lies with the loading screen between when you first log into the game and your Character page, where you choose your Game to Play. I even set my Graphics to MINIMUM, and it's been loading for an hour. It's very likely that the game is to much for my laptop to handle, but I thought I'd raise the discussion, in case anyone else using a low hardware/graphics laptop has experienced this LONG START UP LOADING SCREEN. I'm not very tech savvy, and I'm looking for real constructive feedback. So if your a Troll, keep it to yourself. No one has time for it. Thanks 😘

For the infinite loading screen you're experiencing, the issue could be due to an out dated add-on. Try removing add-ons and see if it resolves the issue.
How do I get rid of my add-ons?

UPDATE!
Red Text said "Do to Update 21 you may experience a longer then normal loading screen when you initially log into the server." So the game did finally load, but as I expected it to, it doesn't run so great on my cheapy laptop, but I am amazed that it runs. Seeing as all of the diagnostic tools I tried to scan my computer systems to test if the game would even work, said that it wouldn't. When I say cheap I mean, Intel(R) Celeron(R) N2840 2.16GHz , with Intel(R) HD Mobile Graphics, and 4GB of RAM. I think the laptop cost like $100. I got it for free after a family member didn't want it, and it was brand new. It is not a Gaming Laptop AT ALL. I knew this before loading the game on it. I just figured, Yeah! it may run slower, and the Graphics will be compromised, but atleast I can do basic things while I'm out of town, and don't have my PC. Anyways. Thanks for the Tips.
