About 5 minutes from hitting enter on the login screen to collecting my login reward.

I don't have masses of stuff on my account (8 characters, about 500 items in total, not counting whatever's in the craft bag) but apparently it depends on how many people are logging in at the same time as you, as well as on what you've got on your account.

Didn't notice any difference, 13 characters 1100+ slots used, over 350,000 items....mostly from my materials hording, have over 22,000 alkahest alone heh.

I think it was around 4 minutes. But then just to get to the character screen from there then you have to log into a character not sure how long that took. But it was quicker then what I thought it was going to be.

Less than a minute longer than normal login at pretty much prime time.
Assume ZoS was scared for an dungeon event scenario, but people logged in so spread out it was not an issue.

15 characters, bank full, all seven storage containers full, most characters loaded close to maximum. First login only took about 15 seconds. It may have been short because I was one of the first to get on the PC NA server. All my guilds were empty except me and I didn't see anyone but NPCs for quite a while.

I wouldn't sweat the longer than usual load time scenario.

less than a minute, on the main account. i logged my mule account and my secondary account beforehand, which both came up almost as quickly as usual.

2 minutes or less. So pretty much the same as always. But to be fair, only two of very few my chars have a semi-filled bag and I am not a hoarder.

Not long. I was expecting a wait, so I logged in with a character and turned away. I glanced back and it was done. Could not have been more than 2 minutes. 8 characters, mix of inventory load, and a bank that is 3/4ths to max.

My EU login was also short, but almost no inventory there. I have more than one account, and same.
