where to find the thieves guild

I'm sorry if this is posted somewhere else, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know where to join the thieves guild or point me in the right direction? I'm only a lvl 14 so I might not have gotten far enough. I just really don't want to miss it. Thank you

I'm fairly certain Zenimax mentioned that the Thieves Guild won't be available on release.

@Hawkwing185‌ and @rawne1980b16_ESO‌ are correct, both the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood will be added to ESO as joinable groups at a later date.

You are thinking of a different, unofficial guild. I know exactly what you are referring to, but that wasn't the Thieves Guild.

Right now Hawking must train using his sticky limbs in opening chests and bags of produce. If he wants to serve Sithis currently this one needs to do the Nightmother's bidding in Cyrodiil against thy factions foe. Once you master both those abilities, the gods will grace us with invitations to both groups. As their groups are secretive, Ri'Dariit does not expect any announcements, perhaps only rumors upon update logs, yes?

That would be amazing, if zeni didn't officially announce when the guilds were available but just left clues and hints in the patch notes and in the world. "We know."

I really want these to stay secret after release, but I doubt that'll last for long unfortunately. People love to find things and then 'share' their excitement with everyone (essentially taking away the chance of discovery for others)

Then there's the others that don't want to make the effort to find anything and ask constantly till someone posts all the answers.

All that aside, I really look forward to the guilds. I hope by then it doesn't end up another 'forced' guild. I don't want all guilds occupied by everyone. It makes for much less unique characters. Some of course would want to do all, but the current two guilds feel forced in order to advance (exp wise) and that's a little bothersome and immersion breaking.
