The Felms jump mechanic is coming too fast. It is off by 3-4 seconds every single time. So while he jumps the required 3 times, he jumps way too frequently.

This is probably what you are experiencing.Altaïr: You of all people should know the answer; educate them. Teach them right from wrong. It must be knowledge that frees them. Not force.
