Error 206 PatchManifestError_UnzipFailed , Again

Hello
This is my forth attempt to download the newest patch, but i always get the Error 206 PatchManifestError_UnzipFailed. I tried to do a repair, but apparently 50GByte is not enough empty space for the repair function. So i closed the launcher and started all over again with the same result four times in a row.
Is there a possible way to update the game without a complete new installation, because i probably have to few empty space on my disc and I have 1Mb/s download speed at max.
I play the game over Steam on the EU server.

heribertus✭✭I whitelisted the game, deleted all the patchdata. Now the launcher updated to 100% and crashed again with error 206.0

If your still getting Error 206 after whitelisting ESO, it may indicate another program besides anti-virus affecting permissions. Try rebooting into a selective startup and then updating through the launcher. Steps for running in a selective startup are in the article below.

It was not a problem with a whitelist or an interupting service. It wasn't enough free space on my disc (~50Gbyte).0
