was doing a shard run in cyrodill with some guildies then game crashed for multiple people and when we logged back in two of us were falling through the world because its cyrodill /stuck doesn't work so we gotta wait for someone to "kill" us off created a ticket 6 hours ago and we are still falling... lest to say im getting quite "upset". waiting for more then 6 hours for a simple fix is bloody ridiculous. A) fix the problem that causes the crash. B) get some better customer support.

    Did you try:

    - Force kill eso.exe from Task Manager, wait 15 minutes, reload game. You may respawn at Wayshrine.
    - Teleport to a guild member or find a group dungeon and teleport to them.

    cant teleport to other players in cyrodill or dungeons etc... will try the force kill thanks :)

    Oops, forgot they disabled teleport in Cyrodiil, sorry.

    I have had the same problem during PvE questing. The /stuck command worked but I would immediately fall through the ground again. Finally, after two tickers and 20 minutes I stopped falling through the floor after /stuck.

    However, five minutes later I got an in-game mail from a GM informing me they will boot me from the server to teleport me to another location.

    Moral of this reply: it took about 30 minutes on the EU servers to get help from a GM for the same problem.

    Go to your campaigns (default key L) and join another campaign as a GUEST, it should take you out of your current campaign an put you in the other one without affecting your ranking. This worked for me when I went Tom Pettying in Cyrodill.

    apparently it does my guildie had the same problem as me and it worked for him, i managed to hear back from them 9 hours later... :( not impressed with the reply time... but yeah all sorted cheers guys
