I bought the game (imperial edition) but I don't have the 30 days included subscription. how does this work?

You have to either:
1)Add a sub plan with credit card
2)Pay game time card
3)Call them and ask them to do it themselves!
Tho calling them or mailing seems to take a bit longer considering the amount of people doing it.
It will be better if the removed it all together to lower times of queues for CM response!0 -
clovdal✭You have to add a subscribtion plan to your account to get the 30 days. They put an authorization charge to your credit card but you will get this back. If you cancel before your 30 days are up they won't charge you anything.0

Hyperventilate✭✭✭When you choose a subscription you will be prompted to enter payment info.
When you do, there will be a TEMPORARY HOLD on the amount you choose (15 for one month and so on.)
The money is being held to act as an authorization. It will be released. The moment you submit payment information you will have full access to your 30 days.0 -

Yes, the money will be sent back once your payment method has been validated. It may take a few hours or a few days (depending on the payment method) but it will be returned in time.

The 30 days is included under the condition that you commit to a paid subscription plan. If you do not commit to the sub, you won't have access to those 30 days.
I don't think it really makes sense though, based on the ToS. I'm no lawyer but from what I read it pretty much clearly states that access to the game will not be impeded until game time expires and in this case, we've got 30 days game time with purchase. No, but you will wind up with 120 days before the subscription needs to be renewed. At least, that's according to what they've told us so far. Obviously, I can't say for sure, I don't know if there will be errors, mistakes, or changes.0 -
