Careful with that "bump" comment. They didn't respond to my discussion but they did have time to harrass me about their "Code of Conduct" through my inbox. Delete it.

I can't watch that video because my phones about to die but I'm assuming the skill morph is bugged. The only way you'll be able to reset that for free is to get someone from Support to talk to you. Which is loads of fun.

You can email, and they won't respond. Most of the time they won't respond to these discussions. They will not call you back if you leave your number for a call back. Unless they put the function back in game recently....you can't get a live chat. You could try /bug and see if there's an option next to "email."

Best chance of getting them is to call and put your phone on speaker while you wait on hold for an hour. But you can't let them put you on hold after you get someone or they'll disconnect you.

You're better off just saving up the gold instead of going through the trouble to be honest.

Edit: Oh, and there's also a huge chance they'll lie and say they're not allowed to do that. Probably say some BS about the possibility of it crashing the server. That's what they did to me after I asked them to either progress or abandon a quest for me. Right after the guy I was talking to forgot to cover the speaker or put me on hold while he asked someone else if it's okay. "NO, we're not allowed to do that right now." lol

They don't want to create any "unfair advantages" and end up with a mob of angry people asking "why couldn't you do that for me" so they're refusing everyone.
