Stealth is basically useless in endgame content. It's only useful for thieves guild and Dark Brotherhood Story quests.
As a nightblade you have cloak anyways so you don't have to worry. If you like Wood Elf keep playing it.
I've changed from Bosmer to Dark Elf (Dunmer).
Bosmer stealth bonuses have been taken away and as a PVP stamblade who plays mostly in stealth the replacement speed passive is next to useless to me.
on the plus side the extra Magicka (great for an extra cloak or two), flame resist and weapon damage should more than make up for the loss

Op didn’t state pve or pvp. Stealth is not useless in end game if your endgame is pvp. The new passive is useless because 3 meters of stealth detection is under the range you need to be effective. Incap is 5 meters, even jabs is 6 meters. No one in pvp Attacks from stealth in under melee range unless they have Cloak or an invisibility potion (and the passive doesn’t work against that).

that's really crap if they change the skill lines the race tokens should allow you to pick any race.
My god zenimax and bethesha are money hungry pricks
this game is really starting to suck, you made the changes, let us change for free

Dunmer is not going to be any better than Khajiit/Redguard/Bosmer for a huge chunk of the playerbase unless they enjoy playing with a bit more than 15k base health.

You get 16k health with the new CP scaling.

No ... in 7 medium a Dunmer stamblade will have ~15.3k health with Dubious and ~15.5k with Artaeum Takeaway Broth. And that's with a Shadow ability slotted. On a standard PvE backbar it's ~14.9k health with Dubious and ~15.2k with Artateum Takeaway Broth.
And you can't sustain a fight that lasts longer than about 30 seconds on an Orc/Dunmer without using regen food.
Just stop, the ignorance hurts my eyes.twilightwarrick wrote: »Hi so was playing as a wood elve, but after the stealth nerf , was thinking is a dark elve now better with the increased weapon damage nearly the same stamina boost and as a newly

Stealth is still pretty useless in PvP. The passive made a very little difference. Besides the OP has cloak

You could go to purple tri-stat or braised rabbit. And leeching strikes helps with sustain

This doesn't seem right. The new Bosmer passive increases stealth detection radius by 3 meters, it doesn't make it 3 meters flat.
