Virtual Credit Card

I used a virtual cc (provided from my bank account to avoid the use of my real cc number) to pay the account. In the email that confirm the subscription plan you say the total is 0,00 € but on my real cc I see that you take 65,94 €. So you have taken the 65,94 €, but on my account page under "billing date" it says "You will be billed on May 6, 2014 for €65.94". Do I have to pay two times?

Couldn't you avoid to force your customers to sign a payment plan to use the "free" 30 days and avoid all these inconveniences? Are you out of money XD?
Thank you and sorry for my bad english.

I was consider using a virtual CC, too, but wondered what would happen when they applied the confirmation of funds (accessing the one-time-use virtual card once), then releasing the funds once confirmed. Wouldn't that be a second attempt on a one-time-use "card?"

I'm interested to see what happens with the charges on your account. If it works out for you, it might be a good option for all of us who don't want to tie our real CC to the game account.

Please can you help me? My virtual cc is expired, I didn't receive my payment back and on my account it says that I have only 27 days and I will be billed on may. Where is my money?
